Planning shapes the build. Your vision becomes detailed plans balancing function, style, budget and compliance. Early decisions on layout and finishes ensure a smooth process, while collaboration helps refine ideas and align choices with your budget.

With plans complete, we prepare quotes. A selections document allows accurate pricing, with subcontractor reviews taking 3–4 weeks. While multiple quotes are common, detail matters, and the cheapest option rarely delivers the quality and craftsmanship your home deserves.

Before construction, approvals and documentation are secured. Plans, permits, contracts, insurance and schedules are finalised. This ensures compliance with regulations while creating a clear legal and procedural foundation for the build to progress smoothly and confidently.

The base stage prepares the foundation. Excavation, plumbing, drainage and the slab are completed, with checks confirming standards are met. Getting this stage right is critical, as it provides the strength and stability for the entire build.

The frame brings the home’s shape to life. Timber or steel structures form walls, floors and roof trusses, defining window and door openings. Inspections ensure compliance, establishing the strength, layout and proportions before enclosing the structure.

At lock-up, the home is secure and weatherproof. External walls, windows and doors are installed, enclosing the structure. This milestone protects the interior, allows internal work to begin, and gives a clear sense of layout and scale.

The fit-out stage brings your design to life. Cabinetry, tiling, flooring, painting and fixtures are installed, with every detail refined. The home gains its character and comfort, almost ready for move-in after inspections and finishing touches.

05. Handover

The final inspection confirms quality and compliance. Minor issues are noted and rectified before handover. Keys, warranties and certificates are provided, officially completing the build and allowing you to move in with confidence and peace of mind.
